I am a gymrat, just like you and I want you to develop this mindset if you want to get in gym and stay there.

This is the mindset I have come to craft in order to get one up on the enemy that seeks to bring me down. That enemy, is ME. Because I am the only one that can stop ME from continuing this path. Fear.

  2. Unbreakable Resolve: Pain? It's feedback. Failure? It's a temporary setback on the path to inevitable victory. When your body screams 'quit,' your mind, honed by an unkillable spirit, screams 'MORE!'
